The Mother & child / VI Design project for POUCH did not start from an unusual place: a product or service that was already good in its own track, yet could never explain itself clearly. A German-origin infant brand, bringing German precision into the context of Chinese families. — Results like this never come from advertising more, but from getting one thing said right.
Visual identity is not decoration; it is the carrier of your discourse. In VI, we make what is seen and what is said become the same thing.
Visual sophistication comes from restraint. The confidence to restrain comes from having thought it through.
Looking back, what matters most in this project is not a single idea but that POUCH finally gained a dialect of its own: It appears repeatedly across every touchpoint, and stays consistent every time. This is exactly what we care about in branding — making expression into an asset.
